3CX Phone System CRM Integration


3CX Phone System can be integrated with any external CRM application through this extensibility API, allowing launching calls from your application, getting notifications about the duration of a call, and getting notifications about inbound calls and pop up customer records based on Caller ID. Out of the box integrations are available with Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce. Currently we’re working on the integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 3CX Phone System.
