SugarCRM plug-in for 3CX Phone System

The SugarCRM plug-in for 3CX Phone System allows the integration between 3CX Phone System and SugarCRM. When an inbound call arrives to your extension, it looks for contact information in SugarCRM and shows the contact details in a screen pop-up. Also, you can easily launch outbound calls from the SugarCRM web interface.
Every phone field for a Contact, Lead or Account is used to match the callerid. You can configure the lookup order between these tables, and for example decide to avoid looking in the Accounts table.
Features like opening the contact record directly in SugarCRM, creating a call history record, and creating a new contact when the callerid is not matched are also included.
Launching calls from the SugarCRM web interface is really easy! You just need to add the customizations package included with the installation, and new links will be automatically added to the Contacts, Leads and Accounts pages. Clicking on the selected link will lauch an outbound call to that contact and connect it to your extension.
The plug-in supports SugarCRM version 5.1.0 to 6.0.2, and works seamlessly with the three editions: Enterprise Edition, Professional Edition and Community Edition. Translations are available for English and Spanish, and more languages can be easily added.
